Bradley Hall, a national property consultancy, has relocated its Manchester office to more spacious premises on King Street in the city centre. This move marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing expansion across the North West, enabling the firm to accommodate growing demand and support further development in the region.

The new office provides a central base for the Manchester team to deliver specialist valuation services to clients throughout Greater Manchester, Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, and Merseyside. Since its establishment, the Manchester branch has seen considerable growth under the leadership of Associate Director Charlotte Williams.

Recently, the team has been strengthened with the addition of Graduate Surveyor Sienna Baker, Associate Director Benjamin Riddle, and Chartered Surveyor Matthew Beswick. Bradley Hall plans to make further appointments in the coming months as it continues to invest in its North West operations and enhance its valuation capabilities.

Charlotte Williams commented on the relocation: “Moving into our new King Street office is an exciting step for the team and reflects the progress we’ve made since establishing our presence in Manchester. The new premises give us the space to continue expanding, collaborate more effectively and provide an excellent base from which to support our growing client base.”

She added, “We’re delighted to have recently welcomed Sienna, Ben and Matthew to the team, and with further appointments planned over the coming months, this move puts us in a strong position for the next stage of our growth. Manchester continues to be a thriving property market, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build our presence across the region.”

The Manchester office focuses primarily on residential and commercial valuations, offering expert advice to a diverse client base that includes lenders, solicitors, developers, investors, private individuals, and property professionals. Supported by Bradley Hall’s national network and central support teams, the office collaborates closely with colleagues across the UK to provide responsive, high-quality surveying and valuation services.

This relocation aligns with Bradley Hall’s long-term strategy to establish a robust presence in key regional markets. It also ensures that office leaders have the necessary space and resources to expand their teams effectively.

Neil Hart, Chief Executive at Bradley Hall, emphasised the importance of the move: “Manchester is one of the UK’s most dynamic property markets, and investing in larger premises demonstrates our long-term commitment to the region. Charlotte has done an excellent job establishing the office, building strong client relationships and developing a high-performing valuation team.”

He continued, “Our people are central to our growth strategy, and this move provides the capacity to continue attracting talented surveyors while supporting the increasing demand we’re seeing for valuation services. As a national property consultancy, we’re committed to investing in our regional offices, giving them the backing of our central support teams while enabling them to grow their own successful local businesses.”

Founded in 1988, Bradley Hall operates 13 offices across the UK, serving commercial and residential clients through various departments including Auctions, Property Management, Estate Agency, Commercial Agency, Building Surveying, Lettings, Valuations, and Land & Development.
