Extremis

Extremis is a Belgian outdoor furniture design company founded by Dirk Wynants in 1994. Based in Poperinge, the company merges thoughtful design with practical function to create what it calls “tools for togetherness”- durable, high-quality pieces that enhance shared spaces and endure over generations.

The product offering spans outdoor seating, tables, benches and shades. Signature pieces include Gargantua, the iconic communal picnic table; Hopper, a versatile table that works equally well indoors and out; Panigiri, a generous steel and wood table designed for inclusivity; and Manille, a modular picnic unit that accommodates wheelchair users and supports optional parasols.
