Paramount Expands Services with Construction Division, Aiming for £40 Million Turnover

Design, fit-out, and refurbishment specialist Paramount has announced the addition of construction to its core services, signaling a new era for the company and driving its growth towards a projected £40 million turnover.

To support the expansion into construction, Paramount has made key appointments to its leadership team. Paul Thomas joins as Construction Director, working alongside Commercial Director Dimitri Tsakiris, to spearhead the new “Build” offering. Additionally, Paul Jones has taken on the role of Projects Director, supporting the expansion while continuing Paramount’s fit-out and refurbishment works.

The three executives, together with Richard Jones (CEO), Helen Bartlett, and Kevin Mashford, now form Paramount’s senior leadership team.

Richard Jones expressed enthusiasm for this new phase, stating, “Our move into construction signals the start of an exciting new era for Paramount, as we pursue ambitious aspirations for our dynamic company. […] Broadening horizons with a comprehensive construction service represents natural progression for our company.”

Paramount has already secured two major contracts as part of its new service. The company has commenced construction on an £18 million project called Tene Living in Salford, Greater Manchester, converting former offices into 151 luxury apartments. Additionally, they are working on a £3 million social housing scheme in Porthcawl, South Wales, which aims to deliver 20 energy-efficient flats with a focus on sustainability.

Paul Thomas, the newly appointed Construction Director, highlighted the team’s experience and expertise as assets that will enable them to undertake diverse projects and drive Paramount’s growth. Dimitri Tsakiris, the Commercial Director for Construction, emphasized the company’s commitment to collaboration and exceeding client expectations.

Paramount’s expansion into construction positions them at the forefront of the industry, building on their reputation for quality and professionalism in the property market.
