Gateley Legal Expands Residential Development Team in Reading
Gateley Legal has expanded its specialist residential development team in Reading with the appointment of new partner, Brian Dowling.
Dowling previously held roles with Boyes Turner, Irwin Mitchell and Berwin Leighton Paisner, and has spent the last 18 years advising on residential development and regeneration matters, specialising in complex schemes involving the public and third sector. As well as housebuilders and developers, he also has extensive experience acting for registered providers, councils and national regeneration bodies.
His appointment is part of continued investment in Gateley Legal’s specialist residential development offering in the South and follows recent growth across its London and Guildford offices.
