Gateley Vinden bolsters building consultancy team with new London director
Gateley Vinden, the specialist built environment consultancy arm of professional services group, Gateley, has strengthened its building consultancy team in London with the appointment of Matt McGettigan as a director.
Chartered building surveyor and construction manager, McGettigan, brings over 18 years of experience to the team, including roles with Ridge and Partners and Savills. He has extensive expertise in core building surveying and consultancy services, including project management, dilapidations and technical due diligence spanning the commercial, retail, leisure, healthcare and insurance sectors. McGettigan also has a background of advising portfolio holders and private investors.
At Gateley Vinden, McGettigan will work closely alongside director, Adrian Gladstone, bolstering the building consultancy team’s comprehensive national offering across a range of sectors, including fire safety and cladding, hotels, industrial and commercial premises.
