Market Harborough’s Little Bowden Commercial Hub Fully Let with Esquires Coffee Expansion

The commercial centre at the Davidsons at Little Bowden housing development in Market Harborough has achieved full occupancy, following the letting of its final unit to national retailer Esquires Coffee.
Esquires Coffee has secured a 2,463 sq ft unit within the development, located just off the Kettering Road roundabout. The café chain, which already operates outlets at Wellington Place and on Market Harborough’s High Street, is set to open its new premises once construction finishes in late summer or early autumn.
This agreement represents the second commercial lease that property consultancy Wells McFarlane has arranged for Esquires in Market Harborough. The first was at the Wellington Place development, where the store launched in January and has since become a popular destination.
Andrew McFarlane Holt, Managing Director of Wells McFarlane, who negotiated the lease, said: “It’s been a pleasure to work with Esquires again and secure this multi-year lease. At the nearby Wellington Place development, Esquires has become a ‘go to’ destination for new residents so we’re confident they will enjoy similar success at Little Bowden.”
Another key tenant at Little Bowden is Sainsbury’s, which Wells McFarlane secured on a 15-year lease earlier this year, completing the commercial occupancy of the hub.

The Davidsons at Little Bowden development offers a variety of homes ranging from one to five bedrooms on the eastern edge of Market Harborough. Wells McFarlane continues to provide property management services for the development.
