Arden Property Management Expands Services with Acquisition of Smart Property’s Lettings Division

Arden Property Management has today announced the acquisition of Smart Property’s lettings division – bringing together two respected local agencies to offer an even broader range of services across Edinburgh and the Lothians. 

Arden, a proudly female-led business, has built its reputation on personal service, professionalism, and a people-first approach. With Smart Property’s Director Kat Usher joining the Arden leadership team as a Partner, that ethos is only set to grow stronger.

Kat Usher, previously Director at Smart Property, has joined Arden’s leadership team as a Partner, bringing with her an experienced team and a loyal client base. As part of the transition, Phil Nugent, who co-founded and led Smart Property alongside Kat for over 25 years, will be stepping back from day-to-day operations to focus on other business ventures.
