Agilité, a pan-European commercial interiors specialist and certified B Corp, has expanded its footprint in Spain by relocating to a new office within Madrid’s Infinito Delicias building. This site, supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, is a multidisciplinary cultural space that integrates sustainability, food, arts, and entrepreneurship.

The move underscores the rapid growth of Agilité’s Spanish operations, which form part of the Parella Group. Since appointing Carlos González as country head earlier this year, the company has bolstered its presence through team growth, active recruitment, and the successful delivery of projects in both Madrid and Barcelona, with support from its wider European network.

Infinito Delicias, housed in a former industrial metalworks facility, is renowned for its commitment to adaptive reuse, sustainability, and fostering community and culture. These principles closely align with Agilité’s dedication to responsible business practices and sustainable project execution.

Carlos González, Agilité’s country head for Spain, stated: “This move is incredibly significant for Agilité, not only because it gives us a dedicated base in Madrid, but because of what it represents to our clients, partners, and future colleagues across Spain. Responsible operations are at the core of what we do, so finding a workspace that genuinely aligns with our values around sustainability, collaboration, and community was incredibly important to us.”

He added: “Infinito Delicias is a unique environment with a strong sense of purpose and creativity, which reflects the way we want to grow our business in Spain. Since launching here earlier this year, we’ve already expanded the team, secured projects in Madrid and Barcelona, and built momentum in the market. This move gives us an exciting platform for the next phase of our growth.”

Unlike conventional office spaces, Infinito Delicias functions as a collaborative ecosystem, bringing together businesses, creatives, entrepreneurs, and cultural organisations. Its focus on innovation, wellbeing, and low-impact design made it an ideal location for Agilité’s expanding Spanish operations.

Kirsty Shearer, operational excellence director at Agilité, commented: “As a business, we’re very intentional about the environments we choose to work from. Infinito Delicias isn’t simply office space – it’s a community built around creativity, sustainability, and collaboration, which strongly reflects our own values as a business. As we continue to grow across Europe, it’s important that our teams have a genuine local presence in the markets they support. This move represents another important step in Agilité’s long-term commitment to Spain.”

This relocation follows a period of significant growth for Agilité throughout Europe, including the recent launch of its Berlin office and ongoing expansion in Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the UK. In 2025, the company completed 102 projects, acquired 38 new clients, and welcomed 20 new colleagues across its European operations.
