GRIGGS Bespoke opens South West office in Marlborough
GRIGGS Bespoke has opened a regional office at the Ailesbury Club on Marlborough High Street, establishing a base for its specialist residential work across the South West of England.
The launch took place on Thursday 22nd October. Guests included local architects, interior designers, suppliers, press and businesses, who met the company’s senior leadership team for an evening of introductions and conversation.
Laurence Holder, Regional Bespoke Director at GRIGGS, said: “We were delighted to welcome so many members of the local property, design and business community to celebrate the launch of our Marlborough office.
“The South West is a natural next step for GRIGGS Bespoke. The region combines beautiful countryside, attractive towns and villages and distinctive architecture, alongside excellent schooling, cultural life and strong connections to London.
“There is a strong market for high-quality private residential work across the region, and our new Marlborough office gives us a base from which to work more closely with clients, architects and consultants. It allows us to combine the character of these locations with the craftsmanship, experience and personal service that clients expect from GRIGGS Bespoke.”
The Marlborough office will support projects across the South West, alongside GRIGGS Bespoke’s established operations in London and the Home Counties. Its work includes complex refurbishments and extensions as well as substantial new-build residences. Projects are director-led, with a personalised service from pre-construction through to completion and aftercare.
The launch also gave attendees the chance to learn more about the business and discuss possible collaboration across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Somerset, the Cotswolds and further into the South West of England.
