GRO Retail launches inaugural retail property awards
GRO Retail has launched the GRO Retail Property Awards, designed to recognise excellence across the UK’s retail property sector and celebrate the most impactful dealmaking, expansion, and industry activity.
The inaugural awards presentation will take place on day two the Autumn edition of GRO Retail, the UK’s largest retail property event, on 1 October 2025 at Old Billingsgate Market, London.

Businesses are welcome to submit nominations for consideration via this short form on the website. Entry is entirely free, and submissions will be accepted until 5pm on 21 August.
The shortlist will be announced on 8 September, with the winners revealed at the awards presentation on 1 October.
