Haymarket Management Secures Landmark Cladding Remediation Funding for The Reach, Liverpool

Haymarket Management – a trading name of X1 Property Management Ltd, a leading block management firm in the North West has successfully secured over £20 million in funding for cladding remediation works at The Reach, Liverpool, marking the fifth-largest award of its kind in the UK. This significant funding milestone ensures critical safety improvements for the building’s residents and underscores Haymarket Management’s expertise in securing large-scale funding for essential building works.

The cladding remediation works at The Reach are set to commence July 2025, with a comprehensive plan to enhance building safety and compliance with the latest fire safety regulations.

In addition to securing this major funding award, Haymarket Management continues to expand its portfolio following several new management appointments, including 1 Beresford Road RTM Company Limited.

The Study, Salford has appointed Haymarket Management on behalf of the freeholder, The Study Salford Ltd, and Arndale House Liverpool, has engaged them as managing agent on behalf of Arndale House Liverpool RTM Company Limited, overseeing 160 residential units.

This has been a challenging assignment as numerous aspects of the building were in need of attention. From evaluating the scope of works required to obtaining pricing from contractors to managing implementation, this has been a challenging assignment that has called for perseverance and adaptability in often difficult circumstances. The building is in much better condition already and the improvements continue as the year progresses.”
