LRG has announced the acquisition of Farrar & Co, a well-established independent estate agency located in Chelsea, enhancing its network in London with a reputable local brand in sales and lettings.
Farrar & Co, which operates from its offices on Fulham Road, has cultivated a strong business presence in Chelsea and its surrounding areas since its inception in the mid-1950s. The agency, known for its robust client relationships and experienced staff, has built a reputation for a consistent, hands-on approach to both sales and lettings. The business was later developed under the leadership of Julian Chambers and Terje Gilje, who have been instrumental in establishing its trusted name in the local market.
This acquisition integrates a relationship-focused agency into LRG’s national framework while preserving the identity and operational ethos that have contributed to Farrar & Co’s success. The agency will continue to operate under its current name, with all staff members transitioning to LRG. Julian will remain at the helm, leading the team and facilitating the next phase of growth.
