The Manchester Home Show is scheduled to return on Saturday 19th September 2026, offering free guidance to prospective homebuyers in the North West. Following last year’s event, which attracted over 750 visitors, this exhibition aims to assist attendees in navigating the property market and exploring affordable homeownership options.

Organised by Share to Buy Live, the event division of Share to Buy—the UK’s leading affordable homeownership property portal—the show will bring together housing providers, financial experts, and legal advisers under one roof at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel from 10.30am to 4pm.

The Manchester Home Show builds on the success of the London Home Show, which has welcomed more than 87,000 prospective buyers since its inception in 2013. Visitors will gain access to information about schemes such as Shared Ownership, with industry participants including housing associations L&Q and Plumlife Homes, alongside exhibitors Gecko Homes, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group, Snugg Homes, Your Housing Group, Together Homes, and Onward Living.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to consult with mortgage brokers from Metro Finance and legal professionals from Shared Direction Conveyancing, Owen Paulo Legal Ltd, and Alexander JLO Solicitors. Throughout the day, a series of jargon-free talks will cover topics ranging from saving for a deposit to dispelling common home-buying myths. Real buyer stories will provide practical insights, and exclusive giveaways will be available.

Nick Lieb, Chief Operations Officer at Share to Buy, stated: “We’re thrilled to bring the Manchester Home Show back to the North West and continue supporting aspiring homeowners on their journey. With many buyers unsure about where to start or what options are available, our aim is to make the home-buying process more accessible by bringing trusted experts, leading housing providers, and practical advice together in one place.

“Whether visitors are first time buyers, renters looking to save, or simply just exploring their options, the Manchester Home Show will provide the guidance they need to move forward with confidence.”

Several sponsors and exhibitors, including L&Q, Plumlife Homes, and Gecko Homes, currently offer new properties in and around Manchester. Visitors will be able to learn more about these homes and register their interest during the event.
