Frasers Property UK has finalised a 10-year lease agreement with a leading technology and digital infrastructure provider for a 12,371 sq ft space at Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire.

The tenant has taken occupancy of the ground and first floors of Building 150, where the majority of the building is now leased, leaving only one suite available. The choice of Farnborough Business Park was influenced by its high-quality, adaptable office space, a robust community of occupiers, and Frasers Property UK’s capacity to customise the premises to meet the operational requirements of the tenant.
