Porcelain Superstore has introduced Serena, a new tile collection that combines warm terracotta hues with bold geometric patterns and a textured finish. The range, offered in two variants—Décor and Mix—aims to deliver a natural, authentic aesthetic suitable for both floors and walls.

Abbas Youssefi, Managing Director of Porcelain Superstore, described the Serena collection as embodying “warmth, character and that slightly imperfect, lived-in look people are really craving in their homes.” He emphasised the softening effect of the terracotta tones and the personality added by the patterned designs, noting they avoid appearing overly polished or formal.

The Serena Mix option presents a warmer interpretation of Victorian chequerboard tiles, featuring each tile divided into four smaller squares. Meanwhile, Serena Décor offers a striking geometric motif paired with rustic colours and a tactile surface, combining style with practicality.

Abbas highlighted the suitability of these tiles for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and boot rooms, stating: “They give you the charm of an aged artisan floor, but with a surface that is hardwearing, easy to clean and suitable for busy family spaces.”

For homeowners seeking to introduce warmth into their interiors, the Serena collection provides a versatile solution. It pairs well with simple cabinetry, natural wood elements, warm neutral tones, or aged brass fixtures to create an elegant atmosphere.

“The key is to let the pattern breathe,” Abbas added. “Used across a floor or as a statement wall, it can make a space feel layered, soulful and much more considered.”

The Serena tile collection is currently available from Porcelain Superstore at a price of £48 per square metre.
