The Gresham Aparthotel Earns Dual Nominations at 2026 Serviced Apartment Awards

The Gresham Aparthotel in Leicester has achieved a significant milestone by being shortlisted for the prestigious Serviced Apartment Awards 2026, following its previous win in 2023. This recognition places the hotel in the competitive Best Operator (51–200 units) category, where it faces off against notable contenders such as Supercity Aparthotels, STAY Camden, and Mansley Serviced Apartments.

Now in its eleventh year, the Serviced Apartment Awards celebrate excellence across various categories, with entries evaluated by a panel of industry experts. The criteria for the Best Operator category encompass several key performance metrics, including high occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and gross operating profit per available room (GOPAR). Additionally, guest satisfaction, innovative offerings, brand awareness, growth potential, and company values related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments are also considered.

This latest accolade comes on the heels of several recent achievements for The Gresham Aparthotel. The property was recently honoured as Luxury Accommodation Services of the Year – Leicester, 2025, by International Explorer, recognising its excellence in creativity, market impact, sustainability, innovation, and guest engagement. Furthermore, LUXLife named it Best Luxury Serviced Aparthotel 2025 (East Midlands), further solidifying its reputation for outstanding guest experiences.

For the third consecutive year, The Gresham Aparthotel has also received the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Winner title for 2025, placing it among the top 10% of hospitality listings worldwide based on positive guest reviews.

In addition to the hotel’s nomination, Dominique Haines, the Sales and Operations Manager, has been recognised as a Rising Star.
