2026 IWFM Impact Awards Celebrate Excellence Across Workplace and Facilities Management

Nearly 1,000 professionals from the workplace and facilities management sector convened in London on Thursday for the 2026 IWFM Impact Awards, an event recognising outstanding contributions within the industry.

The ceremony, held at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London and hosted by broadcaster and comedian Patrick Kielty, honoured individuals, partnerships, and projects that have made significant and lasting impacts across the profession. Winners demonstrated achievements in areas including workplace experience, wellbeing, social value, talent development, partnership strengthening, technological innovation, and environmental response.

Opening the event, IWFM Chair Andrew Hulbert emphasised the importance of the people behind the profession’s success: “Tonight, we celebrate achievement, innovation and excellence. But above all, we celebrate people. The people whose competence and skill make our workplaces work better, our organisations strong and resilient and our profession more respected with every passing year.”

Sarah Hodge, Chair of Judges, congratulated the winners and finalists and highlighted the broader societal impact of the profession: “Together, we can help solve our own skills crisis while also becoming a critical part of the solution to some of society’s biggest challenges, reducing the number of young people not in education, employment or training, creating pathways to long-term prosperity and improving social mobility. Together, we can [show that] in addition to transforming organisations, better facilities management can transform lives, strengthen communities and power economic growth.”
