Digbeth Dining Club (DDC) has revealed its Summer Tour ‘26, featuring 25 events across 24 locations in the English Midlands. The tour will kick off on Friday, 24 April, at the Black Country Living Museum, showcasing an impressive line-up of 11 street food traders, alongside DJs and a selection of craft beers, cocktails, and fizz.

This annual casual dining event will visit several notable heritage sites, including Attingham Park, Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens, Highbury Hall, and Warwick Castle, from late April through mid-September. The Summer Tour ‘26 aims to combine award-winning street food with iconic locations, such as the Grade II listed Tudor farmhouse Blakesley Hall in Birmingham.

Returning traders for this year’s tour include Amore, Buddha Belly, Disco Fries, Fat Snags, Flying Cows, Patty Freaks, Urban Cheesecake, and West Midlands Jerk Centre. New additions to the DDC roster, Smokey Joe’s and Absolute Melt, will also participate in selected dates, offering a variety of culinary delights.

Jack Brabant, director of DDC, expressed enthusiasm about expanding the tour’s reach this year. He stated, “We’ve really pushed the reach of the tour this year, to visit more areas across the Midlands than ever before, from Birmingham and the Black Country through to Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Shrewsbury.” Brabant added that the team has worked hard to create a full and dedicated event at each stop.

Highbury Hall will host a Spring Bank Holiday event on Sunday, 24 May 2026, in partnership with the grassroots music venue Hare & Hounds, marking a return after four years. Brabant noted, “We’re also buzzing to be back at Highbury Hall with leading grassroots music venue Hare & Hounds after four years – that’s been a long time coming.”

DDC is committed to nurturing emerging talent through its Street Food Incubator Pilot, funded by Mayor of West Midlands Richard Parker. The Summer Tour ‘26 will feature new traders such as Steakbites, Hottodoggu, and The Streatery at various locations.

Bobby Barnes, director of Digbeth Dining Club, shared his excitement about the tour, stating, “Every year, getting back out on tour is something we genuinely look forward to. We are all about taking world-class street food into incredible locations and bringing energy to towns across the region.” He emphasised the importance of supporting independent traders, allowing them to showcase their food and stories.

The Summer Tour ‘26 follows the successful launch of Dockworks Waterfront, DDC’s latest permanent venue in Brierley Hill, Dudley, which opened in late February 2026. This venue, managed alongside Herbert’s Yard in Longbridge, Birmingham, has attracted thousands of food and drink enthusiasts since its opening.

In addition to the Summer Tour, Digbeth Dining Club is an organising partner for the Comedy at the Castle event, which will take place at Warwick Castle from 22-24 May, Lancaster Castle from 19-21 June, and Powderham Castle in Exeter from 17-19 July.

All dates for the DDC Summer Tour ‘26 can be found on the official DDC website. Tickets for the launch party at the Black Country Living Museum on 24 April, as well as for other tour dates, are available through Skiddle.
