GRO Retail, the UK’s largest retail property marketplace event – uniting retailers, landlords, agents, developers, investors and public sector stakeholders – is returning in April 2026.

The Spring Event will take place on 28 April 2026, at Old Billingsgate Market, London. GRO Retail provides an essential platform for decision-makers to meet, explore opportunities, close deals and drive growth in the UK retail property market.

The 2025 events facilitated more than 1,400 business meetings and connected more than 3,000 retail property stakeholders, including 1,000+ retailers. GRO Retail also includes GRO Franchise, the UK’s only franchise property event.

GRO Retail 2026 will continue to deliver high-value, face-to-face business opportunities while introducing community-led changes that empower attendees to speed up expansion, market site demand or availability and drive regeneration – within the industry’s most efficient, effective marketplace.

The 2026 events will each be one day and feature more than 3,400 attendees (including 1,500 retailers), expert-led sessions, curated business meetings and targeted networking opportunities to help attendees bolster retail property deal-making.

Shelley Batey, Chief Operating Officer at GRO Retail, said: “GRO Retail is the leading forum for the UK retail property market. Our events unite decision-makers to connect, exchange insight, and drive new avenues of growth.”

GRO Retail enables retailers, landlords and agents to market their site demand or availability more effectively, offering direct access to a diverse and engaged audience of key stakeholders.
